KOO HOUSE是一座由艺术收藏家创立的现代艺术与设计博物馆,巧妙地以“家”为设计理念,旨在让我们在日常生活中也能感受到艺术与设计的魅力。博物馆内部精心划分为十个空间,包括客厅、书房、休息室等,每个空间都如同真实的家庭生活场景,宛如艺术的居住空间。各类现代艺术作品在此空间内自由呈现,包括绘画、雕塑、摄影、装置和影像艺术。此外,博物馆内还随处可见超过400件的设计作品,如家具、灯具和镜子等。 KOO HOUSE的收藏品来源世界各地,包含了各种艺术类型,有David Hockney、Damien Hirst、Ugo Rondinone、Suh Do-ho和Choi Jeong-hwa等著名艺术家的作品。而这座美术馆的建筑设计,出自于赢得2014年威尼斯双年展金狮奖的建筑大师Cho Minsuk之手。 总体来说,KOO HOUSE打破了传统博物馆的框架,以极具创新的方式将艺术与设计融入到日常生活中,为访客提供了一种独特的观展体验。

首尔历史博物馆是一座旨在介绍首尔历史以及文化的城市历史博物馆。在这里人们可以通过体验首尔文化,加深对首尔的了解和认识。首尔历史博物馆保存着史前时代至今首尔的变迁史料, 展品中有相当一部分是市民捐献出来的朝鲜时代首尔文物。目前,博物馆的展示品仍在不断增加。 首尔历史博物馆经过17年的筹备时间最终于2002年5月落成开放,设施非常齐全先进。参观者可以将物品存放于1楼的物品寄存处,然后到3楼参观。3楼分几个不同的展馆,展示着朝鲜时代首尔的风貌、现代首尔人的衣食住行等。人们不但可以观看各种展品,还可以登录网上博物馆,观看更详细的资料。尤其是,自从2008年,博物馆在周二~周五的夜间所举行的体验活动、公演、以及展示对游客实行免费开放,深受游客喜爱,得到广泛的认可。

“韩国文化之家KOUS”于2003年4月开放,是向来访韩国的游客和在韩外国人,介绍韩国传统文化,并使他们能够进行亲身体验的场所。它位于首尔市江南区大峙洞,从2号线上的三成站出来,大约向前直走10米左右,离COEX、ASEM塔不远,在徒步3分钟的距离以内,就可以找到。“韩国文化之家”是一座地下1层,地上4层的建筑物,由传统艺术公演场、传统文化体验室、传统茶馆、文化商品卖场等构成。传统艺术公演场,主要就是座仿传统游戏场造型的舞台,除周日外,每天晚上8点都有演出可供观览。在传统文化体验室,可以进行包括手工艺在内,近10项传统项目的体验活动。另外,还有传统茶馆和文化商品卖场,作为游客的休闲空间,可供使用。

Alt Space Loop是一处非盈利性质的美术馆,主要是为发掘充满潜力的年轻作家、促进国际交流和展示产业的发展而建立。1990年代末,与各种以盈利为目的的画廊不同,Alt Space LoopLoop的非盈利性运作,为许多经济上比较困难的作家们提供了一个展示自己才能的空间,揭开了展示史上充满纪念意义的一页。Alt Space Loop于1999年2月在上水洞开业,2005年在西桥洞重新兴建,长期坚守着它在弘大附近的艺术阵地。地下1层和地上1层主要用于展示作家们的作品。2楼有适于人们休息的咖啡馆。这个咖啡馆不仅是单纯意义上的餐饮店,沙龙、作品集、研讨会、图书馆等文化空间共存,为人们提供了一个舒适的文化空间。Alt Space Loop自开馆以后,每年都举行了大量的展示和公演。Tirana(阿尔巴尼亚中西部) 双年展及各种国际交流活动都曾在此举行。2002年还被邀请作光州双年展的展示空间。

世宗大王铜像位于景福宫前世宗路的光化门广场处,考虑到民族英雄世宗大王是在景福宫即位及驾崩的第一位君王,故而在此建造了世宗大王铜像,以此来提高韩民族的自豪感,将韩民族的优秀性传播到世界的各个角落。 整个铜像高6.2米,宽4.3米,建于基坛之上,为世宗大王朝南而坐的坐像,位于李舜臣将军铜像后方250米处。世宗大王铜像呈现出的并非是王的威严,而是君王温和的一面。世宗大王一手提书,一手仿佛轻拍百姓,给人以亲切之感。 世宗大王铜像前建有浑天仪、测雨器、仰釜日晷,广场边缘流淌的水路上则刻有朝鲜时代年表。铜像后面立有6个列柱,分别刻有集贤殿学士图、铸字所图、六镇开拓图、对马岛征伐图、地音图、书云观图等浮雕,向人们展示着世宗大王的丰功伟绩,在铜像后侧基坛处则设有通往世宗故事展示馆地下通道的入口。 * 世宗大王 朝鲜第四代王(1418~50),在位期间确立了以儒教治国的方针,对国家法律及各种制度进行了整合,为朝鲜王朝的发展打下了坚实的基础。发明了韩文,以朝鲜时代文化的兴盛为基础,大力发展科学技术,增强国力,扩张领土。世宗大王名裪,字元正,是太宗的第三个儿子,母亲为元敬王后闵氏,其妃为青川府院君沈温之女昭宪王后。

这是一家LIVE CLUB,位于以CLUB而闻名的弘大附近。 这家CLUB以表演为主,而非跳舞,是2003年2月由几名专业音乐人共同设立的。不愧为专业音乐人的作品,舞台、音响、照明设施都具备很高的水准。最大的特征是除了独立乐队的企划表演以外,还举办从专业到业余的多种包场演出。座位和站立加起来可以同时容纳150多人,每天可以欣赏3~4组独立乐队的表演。在这里可以感受到韩国独立乐队和弘大CLUB文化的一个侧面。
