[庆典介绍] 蔚山大公园延续春季玫瑰庆典盛况，冬季也努力给市民们带来节日欢乐气氛，在缓解市民烦躁情绪的同时促进文化庆典的发展。2016年，蔚山大公园南门地区的玫瑰园一带首次使用灯光照明形式开展了第一届活动。过去两年节日期间，通过多样的庆典活动吸引了月25万名游客前来，其中蔚山地区外观光游客站40%以上，成为全国冬季代表庆典。今年第3届庆典以“星光画梦”为标语，选用“星光乐园”等5大主题，将在12月8日至明年1月27日期间，在玫瑰园一带举办，玫瑰园入口喷泉广场装置了11米高的超大型月亮造型物，并将上演星月梦幻照明秀，相比去年增加了丰富多彩的演出活动。
