京畿道广州退村面从1970年起就开始栽培西红柿，是全国著名的西红柿生产基地。退村西红柿节是一个种植西红柿的农民和普通市民全员参与的庆典活动，届时将举行西红柿促销、热爱环境征文比赛、写生大赛、西红柿歌谣节等丰富多彩的体验活动。
