义城素宇堂
庆尚北道(义城郡)

义城素宇堂是素宇李家发在19世纪初期建造的房屋。从布局上看，素宇堂与传统韩屋相比，并没有太大区别。但是，原本与大舍廊房后方连接的小舍廊房在几年前被台风摧毁，韩屋的整体结构从“ㅁ”字形变成了“ㄷ”字形。基坛的高度和所使用的材料都很朴素，未能摆脱把尽量远离奢侈视为美德的传统儒教思想的影响。但是，走进西边的侧门，另一片天地便展现在眼前。 一般来说，朝鲜的庭院中没有篱笆。除了宫殿内的庭院外，普通两班家族的庭院大部分在尽量不违抗大自然的前提下，在小水流旁建造亭子，以便欣赏风景，或者建一间草堂，为房屋增添韵味。但是，正如之前提到的一样，在建造素宇堂时，财资富足，因此以全新形态创建了庭院。另外，还围起了围墙，建造了厢房，栽种了从中国引进的扁柏树。莲池也没有连接原来的水流，而是从其他地方引水注入，这也是其独特之处。 厢房与强调廊台的普通舍廊房不同，它有许多更加强调住宅实用性的房间。之所以会这样，有人推测，很有可能是因为厢房的主要使用者并不是房主和外部男性客人，而是主人夫妇。 为了供客人入住，现在厢房的内部工程已经完成。铝合金窗框裸露的房间也许不像房子外观那样看起来有韵味，但是对于入住的人来说，这是让人感到高兴和踏实的元素之一。内房和舍廊房也脱胎换骨，成为可以接待客人的空间，洗手间和浴室也在不久前重新装修，使用时毫无不便之处。

晚山古宅
庆尚北道(奉化郡)

晚山古宅背靠春阳面宜阳里南侧的矮山，朝东而坐，高耸的挑山顶大门坐落于11间规模的行廊斋之间，一进门就能看到宽敞的舍廊院子，正前方即是舍廊房和里屋相连的「口」字型正屋。正屋为正面5间、侧面8间、共21间的规模，大部分住宅的舍廊房朝南而建，但这间古宅的舍廊房则向东，里屋则是南向的。结果就是和里屋相连的中门变成朝北，为了阻挡因此入侵的冷风，中门与内院连接时转了一个弯，同时也挡住了视线。舍廊房由2通间大厅和2通间舍廊房组成，前面是檐廊，而舍廊房右侧是龕室。舍廊檐廊后面是地板房和里间。 里屋和舍廊房的后方相连，环绕著内院。在里大厅左侧，里屋呈纵向长长地朝南而坐，右边则前后坐落著上房和2间装饰地板房。厨房和中间房在里屋前方相连成左翅形状，还有一扇通往里屋后院的门。3间仓库在装饰地板房前面以右翅模样相连。由于晚山古宅是春阳面富人家的宅邸，建筑的用材十分庞大，且选用了优质木材。
