The ceremony takes place at Korea’s first dedicated multi-purpose performance hall, Inspire Arena. ◈ The arena is located near Incheon International Airport (ICN). Please plan your travel to the venue using available public options:
◈ Resort Shuttle Bus: Free shuttle services are operated by the resort from Incheon Airport Terminal 1 (1F, Gate 2C / 14C) and Terminal 2 (1F, Gate 6A).
◈ Public Transport: Utilize the Airport Railroad (AREX) to Incheon Airport station, then transfer to a local taxi or the free resort shuttle.
◈ Taxi: Show the Korean address (인천 인스파이어 아레나) to the driver for direct transit.

◈ Original ID Required: You must present your physical Passport or Alien Registration Card (ARC) at the ticket booth. Digital copies or photos are not accepted.
◈ Ticket Responsibility: Tickets cannot be reissued if lost, stolen, or damaged after redemption. Please keep your physical ticket secure.

Venue Policies
◈ Seating Assignment: All seats are assigned via a random lottery system at the ticket booth on the event day. Specific requests for seating blocks cannot be accommodated.
◈ Prohibited Items: Professional cameras (DSLR, telephoto lenses) and video recording devices are strictly forbidden. Security checks will be conducted at the entrance.
◈ Food & Drink: No outside food allowed; only bottled water is permitted inside the arena.

Cancellation & Refund Governance
◈ Final Sale: This event package is 100% non-refundable. No cancellations, modifications, or refunds are permitted once the booking is confirmed.
◈ Lineup Changes: The performer lineup is subject to change without prior notice. Such changes do not qualify for a refund.
