以“隐藏在树林中的小欧洲”为理念的Jade Garden是在Jade Palace高尔夫球场附近约16万平方米规模的由24个主题公园构成的公园。Jade Garden再现了自然地理特征，这里的花草，树木，建筑样式和建筑的分配相协调，在约5万坪规模的溪谷之间的地形上延伸，共有3000多种植物和24个主题公园。这里的植物比起强烈的色彩更注重植物自身的高贵的魅力，并且原汁原味的激活了溪谷附近茂盛的山林的美景。Jade Garden不仅有美丽的花草，还有各种各样的体验项目。预计将开设对植物感兴趣的预备园艺师训练项目，还有以学生为对象的各种项目。在游客中心还有能享受美食和饮料的西餐厅，以及纪念品商店。参观Jade Garden有三条路线，约需2小时的时间。

九龙浦为位于浦项南部26公里处的渔港，是东海岸补魷鱼船隻的根据地。全年在外海的防波堤边，都可以钓到黑毛、海鯽、石斑鱼等鱼类，9~10月更盛产鰤鱼，过了鰤鱼产季后还有土魠鱼等丰富渔产。

洛东江下流候鸟栖息地于1966年7月13日被指定为“自然保护区”。在宽阔的河口上，分布着日雄岛、乙淑岛等众多岛屿以及三角洲、沙区。春秋两季，经过韩国的鹬和水鸟会在这里短暂栖息，冬天鸭子和大雁也会前来此处。洛东江的江水和南海的海水在此交汇，每年10月至次年3月会有约150种以上的鸟飞来。其中天鹅最为常见，鹰和白尾鹰等凶猛禽类也可偶得一见。这里的候鸟栖息地面积大，又有茂密的芦苇丛，难以乘车抵达。因此要较好地观察候鸟，就最好在明旨洞码头租船，并请当地居民引导。一般上午9时至下午4时最适合观察候鸟。这里的乙淑岛是不可不去的旅游胜地之一。该岛系洛东江河口三角洲组成的一个岛屿，也是10多万只候鸟栖息之地，以候鸟乐园而闻名。世界上的珍贵鸟类如白枕鹤、琵鹭、白尾鹰等都来此过冬，其数量之众，颇值得一观。

浦项在地理位置上临近新罗时代的千年之都庆州，因此也留下了不少历史遗迹，最为显著的就是当时由于日倭过早的侵略这里，浦项在其外城建立了城郭。其中的一部分，我们至今还能见到。若把韩半岛看成是一只老虎的形状，那么向上翘起的虎尾部分，正是虎尾串的所在地。 虎尾串迎日广场，作为新千年韩民族迎日庆典举办的场所，占地面积达一万余坪，广场上有各种雕塑、圣火台、火种舰、延乌郎细乌女像、公演场等建筑。在广场进入路的油菜花园地，每逢4~5月，黄色的油菜花便铺天盖地的绽放。广场中最引人瞩目的要数纪念造型物相生之手了，整个造型使用了青铜的材质，象征着大海和陆地的和谐相处。除此之外，这里还有20世纪最后的曙光地边山半岛、与位于日期变更线上的斐济岛交相辉映的虎尾串新千年的第一缕阳光、各种国际大会点燃圣火的圣火台等景点。

俗离山国立公园由俗离山、华阳、仙游、双谷等三个溪谷组成。俗离山系韩国八景之一，位于从太白山脉向西南方延伸的小白山脉中部，系忠清北道报恩郡、槐山郡、庆尚北道尚州郡的界山，海拔1057米，主要是花岗岩。花岗岩山峰直耸而立，堆积岩部分被冲刷得很深，山峰与溪谷构成了绝妙的景致。俗离山也称小金刚山。 在俗离山有韩国大寺之一法住寺。寺内有雕刻在岩石上的磨崖如来倚像，所谓倚像是指菩萨的坐像，这尊倚像刻的正是菩萨坐在莲花宝座之上。历经久远石像磨损十分严重，但仍然保持着原貌。在法住寺的照片中总是出现的还有高33米的大佛青铜弥勒佛，这是世界上最大的单一佛像。俗离山就有着这样一个美丽的法住寺，因而也有着与其1500年历史相符的许多宝物和国宝。在这里可以欣赏到在众多高质量的文物中绽开的佛教文化之花。 来俗离山深谷的游客总是络绎不绝，山中许多受保护的天然动植物也是旅游名胜。春天的樱花，夏天的松树，特别是秋天的枫叶更是为俗离山倍添风韵，景色极为迷人。

论介祠堂(义岩祠)前是古时候长水县令为赞扬朱论介的气节于1846年所立的“矗石艺妓论介生长乡竖名碑”，1955年时，郡民百姓筹资在南山上建起了祠堂，1974年最终迁到了现在的位置上。 论介是宣祖26年(1593年)壬辰倭乱时拖着日本倭首同归于尽的艺妓，牺牲当时只有19岁，为了纪念和称颂她的精神，她投身而下的岩石被人们称为“义岩”，1955年长水建祠堂后起名为“义岩祠”，每年阴历的9月3日当地还会举行论介祭等多种文化活动纪念这位义女。

位于海边的岩石就像顶着纱笠的两位僧人，所以称为纱笠岩。 关于纱笠岩的传说有好几种。有的说是悟出真理的道士在跨过荣山江到鸡岛去时，在休息的地方放下头上的纱笠和手里的拐杖，于是便形成了纱笠岩；还有人说是在月出山修道的道士带着上座僧人到木浦去买东西，想使用缩地法跨过荣山江，结果上座僧人没能跟过来，于是变成了石头。

为了传统酒的开发、再现，开发传统酒品评标准从而复原、继承、发展已被我们遗忘的传统酒， 设立了裴商冕酒家，运营了传统酒博物馆。在传统酒博物馆山楂园中可以品尝用固有的传统酒及酒粕，酵母等做成的酒食物。(蒸饼，饺子，酒酿)等，还可以体验酿酒活动。 这里展示着100多本传统酒的历史资料，药模具，酵母模具,二段壶酒杯等有关传统酒的酒器与古书。酿酒过程中使用的工具与器具因包含着[金氏夫人酿酒记]酿酒的哀乐故事而被展示着。另外，也再现着‘传统家酿酒文化’的传统酒哲学与用心酿酒的祖先的面貌。山楂院运营的酿酒教室是为了想详细了解酿酒的人进行的说明酿酒过程与简单介绍多样的酿酒原料及世界各国的酿酒故事的地方。根据活动可以亲自酿酒或学习或多或少的关于酿酒的专门知识。酿好的酒可以带走或暂时保管在博物馆，需要时再取走。

江原道东海美港之一的墨湖港，1941年开港当时是东海岸第一贸易港，现今转为东海岸的渔业港。在墨湖港可以看到大规模的批发鱼市场，这里盛产鱿鱼、青花鱼、秋刀鱼、螃蟹、海鞘等海产。许多人为了品尝新鲜的美味海鲜，特地从各地前来参加清晨开始的拍卖。墨湖港和注文津港都以鱿鱼闻名，港的四周有许多鱿鱼，是东海鱿鱼渔获量最高的港口。另外墨湖港有座灯塔，灯塔附近有灯塔公园。往灯塔公园的马路、因电视剧《灿烂的遗产》出名的吊桥路、有美丽壁画的灯塔上坡路是这里三条有名的观光路线。现在，东海地方海洋港湾厅为了使游客及市民能够更好地欣赏墨湖港的海景，特地修筑了包含广场、散步道等休憩空间的主题公园。另外将于2012年扩建最大规模的海洋警察埠头，将让此处脱胎换骨成为最好的海洋警察基地。
