汝矣岛赛江生态公园作为都市中心的一片湿地，一直以来为防止四周环境的恶化作出了巨大的贡献。为保存自然环境，韩国在1997年9月25日建造了这座全国首家生态公园。 虽然整个公园位于首尔都市中心高楼林立的大厦之间，但园内却拥有野花丛生的田野和柳树林，栖息着鳉鱼和鲫鱼的赛江横穿其中。在芦苇和紫芒默默生长的赛江生态公园中有一条长达6千米的散步路，沿路每隔20∼30米，便可看到一个标有韩国本地植物的学习板。作为韩国最早的生态公园，公园内有天然纪念物第323号红隼、斑嘴鸭、苍鹭、紫罗兰、菹草、背斑等众多珍稀动植物。为不打破原有的自然环境，保护现有动植物，公园里不仅没有设置长椅和商店，甚至连路灯也没有安装。值得注意的是，虽然整个公园全年开放，但在动物产卵时期，部分区域可能会禁止出入。

旧首尔站是由曾任东京大学教授的塚本靖设计修建的，1922年6月动工，1925年9月完工。当时新建筑的规模是相当大的，由于房顶的圆形形状和独特的外观成为了城里的一大话题。建筑建材主要采用了红色的砖。1楼中央大厅铺设的是花岗岩。中墙用石料、墙壁用人造石铺设而成。建筑物里面贵宾室的地面全部用黑桦木铺设而成。2楼设置了西餐厅。光复后，京城站改名为首尔站，战争时被破坏的一部分得到了重新复原。之后，随着首都的快速发展，为了承受急剧增加的客流量，于1960年又新设了南站和西站，并与本站区分使用。2004来新首尔站落成后，旧首尔站停用。2011年复原施工结束后，旧首尔站以复合文化空间---“文化站首尔284”的名字再次诞生。首尔站的1楼中央厅作为公演、展示、活动、咖啡馆等空间，2楼作为公演、展示、研讨会和会议场所等多用途大厅使用。

首尔重要无形文化财产专修会馆，是韩国为了传统文化的保存和传承而建立的一座建筑，功能是将国家指定的重要文化财产持有者安置在这里，进行必要的培训和教育。这里的无形财产包括8种艺能类财产和12个技能类作坊，主要设施包括：拥有147个座席的民俗剧场“风乐”，2～3楼的常设展示场和企划展示室（统称传统工艺馆），销售重要无形文化财产持有者及传承工艺家们作品的传统工艺品常设展示销售场，研讨会室，艺能练习室等* 开馆日 – 1997年11月29日
