为了向市民们宣传普及韩国的民俗及传统戏曲舞蹈，于1984年12月25日建立了首尔游戏场。为符合祖先们将传统文化随时公开与传授的姿态与趣味，而建造了圆形的露天舞台。以每周六日的无形文化财产为主，每年举行120多次的公演，平均观览游客达1,3000人次。另外，首尔游戏场内还有松坡民俗保存会常驻。为了保存松坡山台游戏与百中游戏等，放假期间街会以青少年为对象，实施免费课程

玫瑰园位于首尔大公园内湖水边，由400多种共3万多棵的玫瑰组成，景色壮观。 每到玫瑰盛开的6月，总能吸引大批情侣前往观赏。

南山海拔265米, 位于市中心, 是首尔的象征。虽然山不高, 但是因为在市中心，在山顶可俯瞰周围的美丽景致，是市民喜欢的休息场所。南山顶上有八角亭、首尔塔、海洋水族馆、喷水池，半山腰有南山图书馆等。有缆车上山，游玩方便，也可以走台阶散步到山顶。南山和南大门、会贤洞、退溪路3街、奖忠公园、梨泰院、厚岩洞都有散步小路相连，可以走路上山，另外，开车上山兜风的路线也非常受欢迎。 南山公园自古以来就是历史意义深远的地方。现在上到山顶还可以看到烽火台，这是因为南山历史上是首都防卫的中心。朝鲜时代（1392-1910）定都汉阳，就是现在的首尔，当时建筑的城郭以南山、北岳山、仁王山和洛山四大山为主，用于防备敌人的入侵。在南山上建了5个烽火台，把地方报来的消息通报给中央机关。现在南山顶上存留的烽火台的历史意义很大。南山顶上的八角亭是俯瞰首尔的好地方，可将首尔尽收眼帘。在479.7米高的首尔塔上不仅能观赏首尔美景，还能眺望到仁川前面的大海。塔上有旋转餐厅，可以边用餐，边欣赏首尔的美景。特别是晚上在这里看首尔的夜景，美极了。晚饭后，来欣赏首尔塔的夜景令人愉快。附近还有南山韩屋村，由五座复原的传统韩屋组成。

旧首尔站是由曾任东京大学教授的塚本靖设计修建的，1922年6月动工，1925年9月完工。当时新建筑的规模是相当大的，由于房顶的圆形形状和独特的外观成为了城里的一大话题。建筑建材主要采用了红色的砖。1楼中央大厅铺设的是花岗岩。中墙用石料、墙壁用人造石铺设而成。建筑物里面贵宾室的地面全部用黑桦木铺设而成。2楼设置了西餐厅。光复后，京城站改名为首尔站，战争时被破坏的一部分得到了重新复原。之后，随着首都的快速发展，为了承受急剧增加的客流量，于1960年又新设了南站和西站，并与本站区分使用。2004来新首尔站落成后，旧首尔站停用。2011年复原施工结束后，旧首尔站以复合文化空间---“文化站首尔284”的名字再次诞生。首尔站的1楼中央厅作为公演、展示、活动、咖啡馆等空间，2楼作为公演、展示、研讨会和会议场所等多用途大厅使用。

釜山综合运动场是1986年由体操体育馆开始的并逐渐发展为由现代式室内体育馆和棒球场，综合室内训练场，室内游泳场组成的体育场。2002年亚运会在这里举办后，又在这里举办了世界杯，这就为21世纪釜山的文化发展和国际都市奠定了基础。现在釜山综合运动场已经发展为举办各种国际规模的大赛和文化活动，以及市民体育，保健，娱乐等休闲设施的体育空间。体育场面积为561,949㎡，能容纳80,000人。

位于大邱市东区东大邱路550号的东大邱站从1969年6月10日开始运营，随着2004年4月1日高速铁路的开通东大邱站扩建成现在的面貌。东大邱站作为大邱市最大的火车站，也是韩国继首尔站之后的客流量第二的火车站，每天除一次往返首尔站和釜山站的直通KTX之外，还有通往首尔站釜山站方向的KTX，新村号和无穷花号列车。通往庆州站方向的一般列车也在这里停车。现在进行中的扩建工程预计到2012年5月完工，2013年将和位于东大邱站西侧的高速巴士客运站和地铁东大邱站连接在一起形成复合型的换乘中心， 将成为名符其实的交通中心。
